All transformation is collaborative. We do this through guided coaching, creative experiments, independent making, shared meals, island exploration, swimming, conversation and plenty of unstructured time to integrate your experiences.
We have a clear intention of returning you with more energy, not less. The days have scaffolding, and space for you to discover who you are when you aren’t “doing” your life.
We do this work in a group because when unpolished ideas are shared or worked out in the moment we can often see the possibility for others as a path for ourselves.
Come with a project, a question, a transition or simply the feeling that your patterns need a creative interrupt.
Marc will guide conversations, reflective work and creative experiments designed to help you identify old stories and assumptions, so you can create new ones.
His work is less about giving you answers than creating the environment for better questions, new possibilities, and a deeper connection to yourself.
He will also probably use jiu-jitsu as a metaphor for most things.
There is generous time for your own creative practice, or to follow the direction of the group. Paint. Write. Draw. Photograph. Experiment. Work alongside someone else or disappear into your own project for a while.
*Art materials will be provided. And if you ARE an artist, you are welcome to bring something familiar to work with.
Our homes for the week are next to a beach, and you’ll have plenty of time to explore, wander, swim in the ocean, take photos, or simply be.
Some afternoons will include group experiences. Others will be deliberately open.
Evenings are for landing the day with delicious food, and a new set of compatriots. You’ll have the kind of conversations that happen when a small group has the time to really know one another.
Marc intentionally created this retreat to be powerful and reinvigorating. In order to come home and not drop from exhaustion, The Artist Resonancy gives you time and space, guidance when and where you want it, so you come home with more energy than you left.
“Since coming back, I don’t feel that same level of anxiety anymore. I’m calmer, more level-headed, and able to bounce back in a way that I don’t think was possible for me before.”
Marian
“The biggest thing I brought back was the ability to pause and respond with intentionality rather than react. I felt so grounded and rooted in Paros, and that anchoring experience helped me navigate what I had to handle when I came home.”
Christine
“Greece put me on the path to a clarity of what I need to do over the next couple of years that I’ve really been struggling to get to. And it was like, okay, this, these, this is where I want to go. What needs to be true today?”
Stephen
The Artist Resonancy is for people who want to discover who they are and how they want to lead when they’re out of their familiar environment.
It’s for people who are curious, open to conversation, interested in making meaningful connections, and excited (and maybe a little nervous) to step away from their usual rhythm for a week.
The retreat unfolds across two nearby homes in Kampos, on the southwest coast of Paros, facing Antiparos. Every participant has a private bedroom, while shared spaces give us room to eat, make, talk and spend time together. The houses are close enough to feel like one retreat community, and spacious enough that you can step away when you need quiet.
The sea is always close, and every evening the sun sets across the water toward Antiparos.

With seven participants, The Artist Resonancy is intentionally small. Places are offered primarily through invitation or personal referral, because the group itself is an important part of the experience.
If that doesn’t stop you, we like your vibe. If the Resonancy feels right for you, fill out the form below.
No.
You should care about your creative life and have a genuine desire to explore it, but creativity does not need to be your profession.
If you make art, the retreat is designed to take you out of the familiar.
If you don’t make art, the work is designed to keep the playing field level.
Artists, writers, designers, photographers, makers and other creatively engaged people are welcome.
Nothing, certainly not right now.
We will have a group Zoom when the group is set, and Marc will guide you in the weeks and months leading up to the retreat to form your intentions and goals.
It is, in the end, a mindset workshop using creative tools.
Participants work through their own areas of focus. Examples have been business goals, creative goals, personal life, relationships, clarity around identity and boundaries.
There will be art-making and creative exercises, but the retreat is not about teaching or learning a particular medium or technique. And if you’ve never picked up a brush, you will be more than welcome.
No.
You should care about your life and have a genuine desire to explore how you lead it, but creativity does not need to be your profession.
Yes.
Every participant will have a private bedroom in one of our two nearby beachfront homes.
Some bedrooms have a private bathroom; others share one between two rooms.
Once you are on the island, airport or port transfers on arrival and departure are included, along with transportation for organized group excursions during the retreat.
Not included:
Flights/ferry to and from Paros, and personal transportation outside organized retreat activities is not included.
If you’d like the freedom to explore Paros independently during open time, you may choose to rent a car or quad.
In February we will send a full prep PDF with everything you need to know and more.
Generally, you should bring comfortable clothes, swimwear, walking shoes, and if you do make art, you are welcome to bring the materials you want to experiment with.
Three restaurant meals and two catered meals are included, along with some shared groceries and drinking water at the houses.
We’ll make a grocery stop at the beginning of the retreat so everyone can pick up additional food, drinks and personal items for the week.
There will be a few restaurant meals that are not included and we recommend budgeting approximately €18–40 per meal, depending on where and what you choose to eat.
A 30% non-refundable deposit of $750 USD secures your place in January 2027. The remaining balance of $1750 USD is due March 1, 2027.
Exact payment instructions will be provided with your invitation.
